First, draw the eyelines with strong defining black color,
and then apply Sparkling Dust Eyes pink dust color with your fingertip on your eyelids to make your eyes look sparkling.

Tip. The key point here is using your fingertip, not a brush, to maximize the flowing radiance effect of Vaseline depending on the angle!
